Questions
Orion Cannot Find the Extension
Confirm the extension is enabled inchrome://extensions, then refresh Orion Agent. If you installed an older zip before, remove that extension, download the current zip, and load it again.
The Extension Is Installed but Not Connected
Open the extension popup, expand Advanced, and select Export diagnostics. Export works while disconnected and includes a fallback when the background worker cannot respond. Send the JSON file through your support channel with the time of the failure and your browser version. The report contains connection events, versions, and configured/current endpoints. It excludes tokens, cookies, and page content. Export before uninstalling, since uninstalling clears local records. After replacing files in an existing unpacked extension folder, use Reload onchrome://extensions; restarting the browser alone may retain the registered background script.
Make sure you opened and signed in to https://agent.gracepeakglobal.com in the same Chrome profile, then reconnect from Settings → My Browser.
